"Ground It!"-Grounding and Embodiment Class

In this time of increasing spiritual awareness, there is a lot of focus on mental elevation and expansion of the higher chakras. Before being able to fully expand, we must descend down into the body. This class is an introduction into that descent through grounding. We'll touch upon the basics of grounding while also touching upon the importance of embodiment. We'll go deeper into embodiment in a future class. In this class you'll learn:

• The signs of ungroundedness. How to tell how ungrounded you are.
• Why it's important for people of service to ground
• Quick as well as more time consuming methods and exercises for grounding
